What's Happening
McMaster Innovation Park (MIP), once the Westinghouse Manufacturing Plant, Warehouse and deserted lot, is now a premier park buzzing with enthusiasm and expectation. The award-winning design building attracts tenants and nearby clients to its Atrium, conference and meeting facilities on the 37 acre premier park in the west end of Hamilton. MIP is the place for connection, collaboration and commerce. Leading business professionals and researchers gather together at MIP to embark on their vision in this state-of-the-art facility.
Current Projects
2009-2010 earmarks a year of substantial growth at MIP as it reaches close to maximum capacity in it's Atrium building.
Current projects include:
- Art in the Workplace: is a year-round opportunity for members of the local creative community to showcase their talents in an unparalleled atmosphere. Meet the artists and view photos here.
- CANMET-MTL Research Centre is due to open October 2010.
