High intensity whole body workout with minimal rest.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Spin Training:
Low and high intensity workout on a stationary bicycle
Monday and Wednesday 12:00-1:00 p.m.
Yoga:
Yoga is a breath of fresh air enjoyed through stretching movements that refresh the mind and body.
Tuesday and Friday 12:00-1:00 p.m.
