McMaster Innovation Park is a long term project developed in conjunction with the City of Hamilton, Province of Ontario, and McMaster University with over 1 million square feet of space to be developed.

175 Longwood Road South “The Red Brick Building” is currently being upgraded and renovated and is now leasing. Here is a recent update »
CANMET is the 165,000 square foot facility being designed to house the Canadian Government’s Materials Technology Laboratory and is part of the $60M commitment to the Park from the federal government. February 2009 update »
Emerging Technologies Research Centre is an approximately 100,000 square foot building that will be developed as a centre for companies and researchers involved in developing new technologies with a focus on advanced materials and manufacturing particularly related to the automotive sector.
Hotel - MIP is finalizing arrangements for the development of an approximately 130 room long stay hotel on the site that will be tied in with the meeting and conference facilities available at the 175 Longwood Road South multi-tenant building. Read more »
The Biosciences Centre is still in the conceptual stage and is expected to include a biotechnology incubator. Design development is scheduled for 2009.
