Carlos Midence
As Project Manager for the Master Plan development of the Park, Carlos manages MIP’s contracts with both Consultants and Construction Companies that participate from the environmental assessment phase, required for a brown field, to the construction of infrastructure and new buildings that, will eventually, be part of the more than 1.5 M square feet of building area planned for the Park. As a graduate from UCA of El Salvador, Carlos holds a degree in Civil Engineering, a degree in Business Administration and is a member of Professional Engineers of Ontario. With more than twenty five years of experience, Carlos has been involved in the Institutional, Commercial and Industrial sectors. His experience in engineering design, construction and as a business manager will contribute to successfully meet the objectives of MIP.
